2. Intellectual Property & Rotary Marks

The name "Rotaract", the Rotaract emblem, and Rotary marks displayed on this website are registered trademarks of Rotary International and are used in accordance with the official Rotary Code of Policies and licensing standards.

• Club Identity & Visual Assets: The specific visual design, cranberry branding (#CC3366), "The Elephants" moniker, editorial text, and original project graphics are the intellectual property of the Rotaract Club of Gulu University.
• Project & Fellowship Photography: High-resolution photos documenting our community service projects (including Plastic Purge, Smile and Hope, and Malaria Global Grant) and fellowships may not be extracted, republished, or used for commercial advertising without explicit written permission from our Board of Governors.

3. Club Information, Accuracy & Conduct

We endeavor to keep all information regarding our club leadership, membership criteria, and fellowship schedules accurate and current.

Visitors, guests, and members utilizing the website agree not to engage in unauthorized scraping, disruption of server infrastructure, submission of malicious code, or transmission of false information via our contact forms.

4. Third-Party Links & Social Channels

Our website provides links to external Rotary entities (such as Rotary International, District 9213, and our Mother Club, the Rotary Club of Gulu) as well as public social media channels (Meta / Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X). 5. Donations, Dues & Financial Transparency

The Rotaract Club of Gulu University operates on principles of financial integrity and stewardship in the Rotary tradition:

• Community Project Contributions: Project grants and voluntary community donations (such as partnerships with Rotarians Against Malaria and Taka Taka Plastics) are allocated directly toward community service initiatives, educational materials, patient therapy, or waste management resources.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Once contributed and deployed to community initiatives or service procurement, project donations and club membership dues are non-refundable.
• Financial Accountability: Club members may review audited financial statements and project expenditure reports during official club business assemblies led by our Club Treasurer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
